We are seeking a dedicated and ethical professional to join our team as Manager – Corporate Governance (Internal Audit).
In this key role, you will ensure that our business operations consistently comply with corporate policies, guidelines, ethics compliance, and financial integrity.
The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a steadfast commitment to upholding the Group’s high ethical standards and continuously enhancing the Group’s risk management and internal control frameworks.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
Plan and assess the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems
Prepare comprehensive reports on risk exposures and internal control issues across operational and financial areas
Provide actionable recommendations for control improvements and monitor the implementation of corrective measures
Benchmark corporate governance practices against industry leaders and organizations recognized for exemplary governance
Conduct ad-hoc assignments and investigations as required
You will be a good fit if you have...
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CIA are highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and consulting firm or multinational corporations, with expertise in audit, risk advisory, compliance, or related functions
Experience with operational systems, especially EnterpriseOne and SAP, and familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools such as Tableau, is an advantage
Strong knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and corporate governance principles and standards
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Proactive with a critical and analytical mindset; proficient in report writing
Willingness to travel as required
